Complaint Process

File a Complaint

If you have a complaint with a member(s) of our organization and would like AHIP to help you resolve it, here's what you can do:

  • Put your complaint in writing, including the member's name, clinic and all other relevant information. 
  •  Send by mail or courier to:

  • Please include your name, address and phone number. 

Our organization will send a written acknowledgement of your correspondence when received. At this time, a formal process begins, and you will be kept informed of the progress and result.
