Filing a complaint

Filing a complaint:

If you have a complaint regarding a member(s) of our organization and would like AHIP to help you resolve it, please email or send the written complaint (including the member’s name, clinic and all other relevant information) to:

Please include your name, address and phone number.  Our organization will send a written acknowledgement of your correspondence when received. At this time, a formal process begins, and you will be kept informed of the progress and result.
